Published in the monumental tome, Voyage Pittoresque de la Grece in Paris in 1782.Expanded by Dufour to wallpaper scale by the atelier in 1815. informally called Turkish Scenes in the19th century. Imported from Paris to New York in 1931 and installed in Dublin, New Hampshire. Digitized by Holly Alderman in 2006-7, printed in museum quality fine art digital reproductions by Daniel Saccardo, Superior Giclee in 2007-14. Printed by Wallquest on eco chic non woven wallpaper, 2012-to the present.
In the top image, narrative foreground enlarged to floor to ceiling rolls tends to be lost from everyday views indoors, walking room to room, especially in a small room, since views were composed for large living areas, installed over a chair rail.
